Well I stopped the curing once I saw the marks.
Ok :
Used AirPlane Stripper to remove old black coating
Then sandblasted clean
Then dusted with air
Then cleaned with Iron Phosphate Primer @90 Degree's
Sprayed Bright White 1/2 cured @ 400 degree's ( I did not see the orange at this time but after looking at Photos I do see it in the white also)
Let cool then sprayed the Fluorescent Yellow.
Looked in Oven ( thru window) saw ORANGE Spots shut down oven and said What The (insert words here)
...
Was going to do a second coat needed for the bare spots but wanted it to cool so I could flip it over ..
