Falls off
hey guys, im tring to do some rotors on my car well atleast the center piece of the rotor, I have extreamly clean no rust what so ever on them, problem Im having is once Im done powder coating them "flat black" and put the wheel back on the car, the coating flakes off in some certain parts? anyone have a idea what im doing wrong? should I put more on?
