Default Sprayed in Bed Liner Equipment

Here's an idea for what I believe would be a great product for the hobbyist/small shop market. You need to develope an affordable high-temperature/high-pressure polyureathane/polyurea spray gun. This would dispense a product similar to what the big chain (Rhino Liner, Line-X) sprayed-in bed liner companies produce. From what I gather, they use special equipment that consist of a spray gun with a integrated heater. The product they use is some type of binary component polyureathane or polyurea compond that is heated as it is applied and is somewhat like a single step power coating system. The resultant coating is much like a very thick powder coat, but has the advantage of not requiring baking so that large items can be coated, i.e. things that would be to big for a practical sized home oven. The coating is quite tough and I believe that it could be used for a wide variety of uses beyond just truck bed lining. Personally I would like to use something like this to coat car floorpans during restoration. I don't have much info on what the binary components are. I would assume that they are liquid, but given that the spray gun has some sort of integrated heater it might be that they are powdered. I would assume that much of the base chemistry is similar to powder coating material. I've seen the spraying rig once close up and it did not appear to be something that could not be scaled down to a consumer hobbyist or small shop application. In fact, if I can find enough info I may try to build one myself. I think a product like this would be a natural for Caswell.
