We do NOT run a plating shop, and sell chemicals on the side. Plating on this small scale IS DIFFERENT to commercial plating because we operate on the ‘keep it simple’ philosophy. We specialize in serving the smaller plating operation.
We do NOT expect you to learn how to do chemical analysis of plating systems. It is simply not economically viable or necessary on our smaller scale.
We do not sell cyanide based plating systems, and our techniques and methods vary somewhat from a plating shop to AVOID using the more dangerous systems.
All our chemicals are marked, with the correct warning labels. Notice that even the correct shipping placards are printed on EVERY product label. Labels are also Canadian WHMIS compliant and use their hazard identifications marks. These easily recognizable signs show everyone how the product should be treated, even if they aren’t involved in their use.
Our staff attend Department of Transportation training courses on shipping hazardous materials, and are UPS/FEDEX/Airborne approved.

Our Technical Support system is 21st century!
Our newly developed PRS (Problem Resolution System) is ‘state of the art’ in technical support. Simply go online to our web site and answer a few simple questions, then explain the problem. The system keeps a log of all our replies, so we can all see the progression of resolving the problem. Questions are usually answered within a few hours. All the responses are analyzed periodically and new plating techniques are developed from this. This information is then transferred to our Complete Plating Manual if appropriate.
The technical support systems and laboratories of our chemical suppliers also assist us with technical support.
