Bear with me as I am new to PC
I am looking to powdercoat aluminum wheels that came from the factory with with a silver podercoat and clear coat. Can I powdercoat over this or do I need to strip everything off or maybe just the clear coat. If I just need to take off the clear coat, how do I do that? I have a large blast cabinet if that helps.
