There are powders out there that cure at 150F. It's designed for MDF but can be used on practically anything. Once again, large quantities only. The fine folks at Caswell may want to look at this also.

You're getting powder to powder plastic to make it conductive so you can powder it ??
A friend of mine who's a powder rep for one of the large powder companies was telling me about this "stuff" that is used to make non-conductive items conductive. It comes in the form of a powder and it's mixed with alcohol and sprayed on the part using a hand sprayer (atomizer). Once the alcohol flashes off the part can be powdered as normal.
Maybe Mike or Lance are familiar with this "stuff", might be a good item to add to their line.
