215 CFM is in my opinion just right. Not to much to blow things araoun but enough to keep the heat moving and the elements from burnung out (found out the hard way). The rod type elements are made by Gemline and I still have to get the numbers for you. I will go down teo the shop tonight for them. These are a few photo's of my latest oven.
