Threaded holes= acid bleach
I have been doing several parts that have threaded holes, after anoddizing before dye I do a pre dye clean, just water and swish the part real good in it back and forth, then right into the dye. Everything perfect, then into the stam/boiling water seal, here is where I have problems, the acid from the anodizing solution must be getting trapped in the small threaded holes, when the hot water/steam hits it, the acid then comes out and bleaches the dye, and of course it's to late for another dye because the part is sealed. Any ideas ?
