Default Do I want a 220V or 12-V Contactor?

I am ordering all the pieces needed for the oven we are building.
I have 3 estimates for the formed sheet metal pieces.
Ordered 1 thermocouple from ebay from a previous poster here, jusy don't know if it should be 220v or 120 volt coil.
Thank you in advance for the help.

And I do plan on documenting the whole oven build as I have read every oven post and formulated an easily built, sturdy and well heated unit....well, we'll see I guess!
Collected over 135 pounds of powder so far and a ton of parts to do....no oven yet! Talk about backwards!

ps I did mean the title to say 220 or 120, not 12v ay yay yay!!!
