ok i did a bracket and the bracket looks great other than there are runs. I thought powdercoat wouldn't run
I don't understand the amount of powder to put on to keep from getting sags. It seems that at the lowest point I am getting sags. I also started to do that pulley and it is just kicking my butt. Now I sprayed the chrome base and it must not have been cleaned enough so the base was all kinds of messed up. Let it cool and scuffed with 220 and resprayed another layer of chrome base and we will see.
