ok after that long road on those parts yesterday I am refreshed and ready to tell my war story. After i figured out hot spraying worked out, I got all my peices done. everything was fine with the exception my first run on the valve cover got burn b/c some one turned the oven up to 500 degrees and the kandy just burned off and left me with a chrome base on all the bottom edges. THe second run on the cover yeilded great results. I left it in the oven but carefully watching. THat was a mistake b/c at the first sign of what could have been burning I took it out and hung it up on a hook. No problems. I figured I was done lets celebrate. so about two fermented beverages down i hear a klang, crash, bam, smoosh, and a holy jeepers powderman. I run to see and the hook had deformed and dropped the valve cover on the floor and then it bounced and hit my 80 inch evo engine i just finished stroking to a 113 cu in. So off to the oven to heat up and another layer of kandy. I covered the spots which luckily only went to the chrome base. It took i cooked it cooled in the oven door open oven off. the parts are done experience learned and now I will work on gettting a few more pratice peices right all the way through.
