Hi Greg, well, as you do, i just try to blow everything out and i seem to have good results as long as i make sure to get every nook and cranny. I've heard of people dissasembling the trigger mechanism and the air adjustment screw (located under the hopper/powder feed area). They say that powder tends to hide in those areas (in the threads, etc.). Wish i could help you better than that.
