I built a nice 4x4x6 foot oven with all the bells and wistles for about $1600. I used 18 ga. aluminized aluminum for the interior, 4" slag wool insulation, 20 ga. cold rolled for the outside. I have a sight window from a local appliance parts supply house. He got me three 5600 watt industrial oven elements @45.00 each which are twice the diameter of a household one which he told me I should get many years service from. I got my contactor which is a 70 amp three pole with a 120 coil of ebay for 15.99 new in the box. I also found a great digital temp controller on ebay for around 30.00 each and the same guy had thermocouplers for around 10.00. The appliance guy found me a walk in cooler door latch for 32.00 which makes it a breeze to get into mey oven when my hands are full. All these parts are readily available and if you want I can get you some brand names and part numbers. Hope all this helps!!!
