right now i am almost ready to set up a tank for anodizing some pendents. my plan is use tapered nylon screw with a titanium wire warped on it to get a good connection.
The wire will be exposed to lye, deox desmut, and the bath.
http://www.smallparts.com has lots of titanium wire without a awful minimum order. But the wire is grade 5 containing 6% aluminum and 4% vanadium.
I am wondering if the other metals in this alloy will prevent me from using this wire over and over.
