Default Why does this happen with ti plates?

I have been using alu. racking for small parts. Finally decided to try my Ti racks. After running them by themselves I found I would nrrd to add .22 amp. I have been running the same product all weekend. With the ti plates it is 6" SA because of the alu racks I need to run 72 SA.

The problem:
When I use the alu. I can run my power supply at 3.30 amp @4-7 volts for the duration.

When I use the ti I tried ti run .72 to shorten the run time. But the power supply maxes out at 15.5 volts and will only put out maybe .30 amps.

I thought maybe it was connection but every run does this? Is there something I should be doing differnt with the ti racking?
