Yes I still use the 3:1 ratio. Fibergeek and neilf tested its use up to current densities well beyond what I'll run due to power requirements. The only reason to go to a closer ratio would be to get resistance down in the circuit to lower the voltage demand but then you have to contend with an acceleration of dissolution. It's all a balancing act.

If your winter is as cold as mine last year, you'll need heaters to get it up to 60 degrees.
