Some more info would help. What kind of metal are they? How many square inches? How much plating current? How big are your anodes? How long are you plating them for? What bath temperature? Are you using brightener?

I see hints of yellow on the pieces. Did you chromate them?

You say you were careful to prevent bubbles from forming during plating. How were you doing this?

You say you rinsed & dried them. How are you drying them?

From your description & looks of them, you're not getting good plate adhesion. Could be too little current, could be too much current, could be insufficient preparation, could be something else, but impossible to say until we have more info.
