I have been in situations where I've had to order a few lbs' of powder in order to make a close match. I don't recommend doing that as it can get a bit on the pricey side. After buying a few lbs with the shipping costs you might think you bought a 55lb box. Although you might be able to get the customer to pay for it under the guise of custom color matching.
