Hello all,
i have been tinkering with my Enfield for what seems a life time, as you may know the quality of the metal is very poor, i hope you can see in the pic the problem area, i have started using numerous attachments on my dremel to get the rough off then i will prob use dry grit then wet, as i am in the UK the grit is different, as the area is fiddly i would appreciate your advice on what process you would use with what tools etc,as i have limited attachments left for the dremel, then once thats done its re assemble and it is going in my pals shop for sale, then onto another project.
i dont know what i would of done with out this forum and the advice you all have given, its took aprox 10 months to get it to a desired standard,so i am confident for my next project, but not another Royal Enfield the metal is just too rough.
many thanks once again.
