I'm not sure who would carry that color powder. Your biggest problem probably won't be finding the color but finding it in quantities less than 50 or 100 pound increments. As far as powders compatible with the gun, the gun won't be able to tell who made the powder.
It's not any different than liquids. Same gun will shoot lacquers, enamels or urethanes.
