Send him a certified letter return receipt requested explaining to him what will happen if he doesn't pay for and pick up his parts. Check with your local BBB and see what they have to say. If it's a company then they would have something on the Co. There are places that you can get free legal advise, check into that. Lastly take it to small claims court, if it meets the dollar criteria for your state.
