I've heard that guys will run RO water constantly into the final rinse tank. They are also using two tanks... first rinse and second rinse. It seems that you could run the RO water into the final tank, with run off going to the first rinse, then into the drain.
The thing is, filters are not going to remove the drag-off. You'll need to replenish the water to control that.
Personally, I have a 55gal tank with an auto fill float valve from the RO filters, and a large ball valve to fill individual tanks. Takes maybe 5 seconds to fill a 3gal bucket, and I use a seperate rinse bucket for each process.
