I have ceramic coated one thing....the main things ya need is a nice size vibratory tumbler to polish it up. I got some ceramic coating that needed to be sprayed on wet, baked at 500* for 1 hour, then polished to perfection. You can get a cheap small hvlp with the ceramic coating kit pretty cheap.
