this is caswell super high gloss clear over mirror black aplied after the black had fully cured right out of the oven and fully cured the clear cooled like normal scufed with 2000 griet wet dry papper and it started lifting.then stuck razer knife under it and it all pealed off it dident bond in most places some places it did bonde ? any ideas as what hapend ?
