I am using a Dremel tool to do the cleaning and polishing on this headlight motor off a Mazda RX-7. What attachments would you use to get into the tight corners to sand it down ready for polishing? It dosn't need to be a mirror finish, just nicer than what it is currently!

For an idea on size, the nut in the top pic to the right and the bottom of the lower pic is 8mm.
Dremel makes a little cylindrical felt bob with a hole in the center - I use it with the mandrel with a screw run into the end - if you run it in far enough, you can use the tip of the bob. You can also get felt bobs pre-mounted on 1/8" madrels. You can shape the felt on a piece of sandpaper if necessary. Then there's also the very small wheels (yellow treated last longest).

Use these with greaseless compounds to smooth, then the polishing compounds to make it shine.

Perhaps someone else can comment on Cratex (rubber) tools - I haven't tried them yet.
