Your can probably "eat" the foam insulation out with lacquer thinner, acetone or swimming pool acid, depends what kinda foam! Take it outside to do it, it will probably stink real bad. But to what end? By the time you buy all the electrical equipment and install it, you would be better off buying a used electric stove with an oven. There are a lot of ways to insulate it but the cost would be high verses buying a used stove.
