I do the chrome 15 min @ 395, then let tool to just below 200, shoot lolly colors, then bake another 15 min @392. Xtreme chrome is 30 min @ 392, and lolly is usually 400 for 10, so 392 for 15 is just fine.

I shoot just extreme and clear the same way too. It helps keep the chrome shiny to shoot it hot. Less time for the aluminum in the powder to oxidize.
