I would suggest that you purchase a die grinder, either pneumatic or electric. You can outfit it with various sized cartridge rolls. A Dremel tool with the appropriate sanding/polishing adapters is also useful. For tight areas a Dremel or a die grinder with small buffs works great. A 1" facer buff or 1", 1 1/2" or 2" treated or untreated buffs will also get you into the tighter areas.
