oven stuff
getting my medium sized oven built. it is 4'WX6'HX2'D i have a few questions
where is best to place the elements?
where is best to place the thermocouple?
do i need a fan?
if so what speed and location would be best?
does the oven need venting?
and if so do you just vent it out and let the heat escape?
thanks for your help, its coming along nicely so far for a cheapie.
