yep as they guys say, using a hairdryer certainly helps me, i find its best to use it on heat for about 30 seconds mayeb more, then flick the switch to cool and it goes hard withing a few more seconds, then load it up again. On felt bobs using a dremel type tool, ive found that it dont last too long really but for the short time its sanding, its takes out a LOT of time rather quickly. Ive bought about 8 bobs of each size and its a good idea keep them all seperate within grits.
Gotta have use one grit on one bob, if you went to a finer grit say 300 after using 240 on the same one, you'll be defeating the object of sanding smoother because the rougher 240 grit will still come through and you're back to square one.
On small tiny bobs and slightly larger ones, ive found its gonna cut out on so much time for me i couldnt do without it. Look through a few of my threads with other info that may help.
