1. Immersion copper plating would be much faster/easier.

2. Yes, copper should plate easily onto these substrates.

3. You may need to immerse the old nickel into a "Nickel Activator" solution to etch it a little. See the plating manual for the formula.

4. You'll get about 100 sq in. Thickness depends on how many times you wave the brush over the same spot
