Shoot HOT….. I used to only shot top coats hot …….. Now I shoot everything hot. Outgas everything and shoot it right out of the oven I used to wait until it cooled down to about 150 not any more but watch you can put on way to much. But the powders on the part not the floor. I feel it’s the only way to get a heavy coat with a hobby gun.

If you look at the back of the wheel studs on my sons hubs you’ll see the dimples my boy says I’m the only one that can run powder coat. LOL I just need to stop when he tells me too. But you will see a lot less powder on the floor and you’ll love it. Blow it on and let melt.
