One heck of a PS you're gonna need.
36" * 48" = 1728" * 2 sides = 3456" squared SA
3456" * .03125A = 108A setting on PS for a 4.5A CD
The only suggestion would be to check a Tractor Supply or similar for livestock watering containers.
