i'm too lazy to look it up (and i was here reading anyway

)...
what is the R value of the mineral wool? debating what to use in my oven walls. i believe that the regular (unfaced) fiberglass is fine up to 500 degrees w/o a problem, and the 3.5" is R13.
polystyrene (rigid foam) should also be capable of handling the temps, is R13 at 2". i could add another 1.5" foam to fill in the full cavity for another R7 (i think, forgot what 1.5" rating is).
i'm just making a little guy, 3x3x6, horizontal configuration, framed w/ metal 2x4's.
thanks
Dave
