Thank you for your reply. I only use distilled water in my tanks. I will pay more attention when I remove the parts from the tank. I must say, this site and your knowledge on the subject has helped me through fustrating times. At this time the results are what I expected when I purchased the kit. Before that things were a bit dicey, burnt parts etc. I'm more organized now.
