I run this part today, with Chrome.
What I got is orange peel or that's what I think. But here's another thing, the surface wasn't smooth, but not like in the picture. What didn't I do or what did I do wrong? It's made from 1/4" steel plate.
It was media blasted with Black Magnum (coal slag) and blown off, then cleaned twice and handled with Nytril gloves. Baked for 20 minutes @ 400 after flow out.
Can I sand just the bumps smooth and recoat it? Or?
