I was thinking the exact same thing. But the threads that I have read are saying it will work. So far everyone here have been very helpfull with the questions and help that I have needed so I have no reason to secound guess and I will give it a try. Right now I am very buisy and my oven project is on hold for a while but I will certainly keep reading and as soon as I have results I will pass them on.......................
