What prep would need to be done to the wheels first? What material? Most likely aluminum (polished?). Spokes? Probably would need to be unlaced. Bearings need to be removed, rim cleaned and degreased. Scuffed with a scothbrite or possibly light blasting. Got pics (it's easier to tell if you can see them). Single color or more?

The Material is steel, and rusty. One wheel is laced one is not.
