No they are forged from billet. This set was ano'd black frome the factory. I got them used and saved almost what Caswell's deluxe Ano kit sells for.

But is the deluxe kit good for the near 1100 square inches I calculated?
And they are 17" rims with the rear 6" wide. So why would I need a tank so big? I fig I could get them in a 20-30 gallon tote.
