Concerning the specks, I'm curious about your spray booth. How do you have it setup? Is it wood, metal and how are you hanging your stuff, from a rack? How is the rack mounted?

The reason for all the questions is that, I have the speck problem also. And I think I figured it out. I have a spray booth that I built. It is a metal booth and my rack is metal. The tracks that the rack sets in is metal. So When I spray, I hook my wire lead to either the rack or to the track. Gets good contact, BUT, I think what my problem with the dust specks is, is that I have made a super large dust magnet. I have basically charged the whole booth, thereby attracting all the dust in the world. My solution, plastic wheels on my rack and only attach to the part.

As for the clumps, I found that I needed to mix my powder real good to get rid of the clumps before putting in the bottle. Don't know what this is worth, but that's my .02.
