Default Anodizing cooling units? Effect cooling?

I am wondering how anodizing aluminum effects cooling, if it does at all even.
So many things are made from aluminum to be used for cooling, Computer heatsinks, car radiators, etc..

In reading up on the process ALLOT, I see it said the anodized layer is less conductive of currents. Layer is supposed to be a bit stronger. Also anodized layer I read can withstand a blow torch for a short time, probably very short.
So how does any or all of this effect the aluminums ability to remove heat and radiate it into the air flowing by.

Is there even any reason to think or worry about it?
