I would be surprised if it was 220V. I did a search and came up with this link
http://ion4.com/category.php?cat_id=15. The PS listing is down almost to the bottom of the page. Unfortunately there is no input voltage listed. You may be able to get a manual or the information you need from these people. OR you could post a picture of the back so people could see what you have!
