Default Re: wiring a 110V oven

Well I wired it up according to instructions, but now the dern thing only goes to 176 degrees, when I had it programmed for 400.
Any ideas? the SSR is a 50 amp, and the TC is 6' long (I think), would that affect it? I was originally going to use these parts for a big oven in the near future, but decided to try it this way for now while I have the household oven I got for cheap for bit parts, and this 11V oven for little things and general messing around.
