I now run the gun at approx 10 PSI static pressure( no air flowing) and with the difusser tip Off. I am finding it's covering large flat areas as well as corners real well. And I am not getting near as much powder fall to the floor. I just did a 8 Ft long sign for hanging above a driveway, and a Bush bumper and they turned out better than I could have ever done with an unmodified gun.
