If you can do some basic work stuff I think you can build allot better for far less, that looks "ok" but expensive to me and not that great.

Only 3 elements on the bottom only. Tall oven. Tiny window in large door, looks hard to see top or bottom I think, just a straight view at the oven center it looks like.

I don't see any ductwork for that fan, just blows hot air at bottom?

I think you could build the same or better for around $500 maybe. Not much over that I am sure, probably build it for less.

Does not look like the walls fit tight together in those pictures either.

They say, "jig welded frame , frames are not screwed or bolted together like others".
Think about that. Welded might be nice, but your CAR or TRUCK is only bolted or screwed together and it goes through far more stress than an oven LOL.
Nothing wrong with bolting one together if you do it right. If you want welded then just those few parts should cost less than $100 to have welded if you take them to a shop.

I think elements were posted here somewhere for about $10 each, so $30 for 3? Other new parts did not sound that expensive either.
I like to recycle, I would buy a few junk electric stoves for about $5-$10 each and have extra elements and all the controls and wires thermal couples etc... No reason you can't use 2 or 3 controls instead of just one.
