I just used metal studs you can get at home depot or menards, i used a rivit gun skinned it with metal plates they use for printing and stuffed it with fiberglass insulation. i use a lp torpedo heater. my oven is 3 foot by 5.5 feet by 7 feet it gets up to 400 degrees in 6 min. and works great. i think i am going to make it bigger
cause my heater is 375,000 btu
