Someone had used a caustic solution of some kind, on our motorcycle engines.
The result is the anodizing was ruined and now the engine cases are corroded, I think.
What can be done to rectify this? I've viewed some threads on polishing engine cases, however, would they stay looking good, or would they require some further protection?
How does one get inside the deep crevices?
