You can't really go by the specs to see what the final millage is. It doesn't matter anyway... the real effect is the stripping... it's hard to say how mutch material might have been removed. Under normal circumstances, you usually loose ~.001in per surface after strip and re-ano, but time in the strip tank is a big variable.
I don't really understand the complaint... the gun won't shoot over 200fps?
Is there a leak at the manifold?
It's not your fault either way... the customer asked for a re-ano, and that's what you gave him. Did you provide disassembly and re-assembly? If so, you might have a hard time explaining why the gun won't shoot, but if not, it's the assembler's responsibility to get the thing working right. He probably stripped the noid screws.
