Default Found My PC Technique Problem Now What?

I've done "some" powdercoating with my caswell powdercoating gun, I always seem to get a wavey/fish eye kind of apperance. Doesnt look bad but I wanted to improve my technique and get some do's and don'ts from you professionals.

This is how I used to powdercoat.
1. Sandblast the part(s) with FINE glass beads.
2. Wipe with tack cloth really well
3. Shoot PC
4. Bake.

My parts don't come out too bad this way but like I said it CAN improve and I think I've narrowed it down to my prep work (duh) lol

Anyways I see alot of clean after sandblasting with acetone, Is this an excellent way to get rid of nasty oils and contaminants?

Should I preheat the part's before final cleaning with acetone? This is where Im lost, I've never used acetone in my life.

Asking for help for a smooth mirror finish like powder is intended to. Thank's!
