Looks like zinc plating with a yellow chromate and the purple is created by exposing the chromate to heat maybe 300 deg F. Not to mention that the parts have a awful lot of zinc based on thier bright apperance.
This color can also be applied to titanium by exposing it to 100 volts D.C.
in a sulfuric bath ie "titanium anodizing"
